• No loud music and parties allowed
• Please report damages immediately to us.
• Quiet hours between 22:00 - 09:00
• Please do not hang wet towels on the furniture. Please hang them in the bathroom.
• Don´t park on the drive way (unloading allowed).
• Do not leave big mess in the house to avoid excessive cleaning fees of 100 CHF/hour and please dispose your waste in the Garbage in the blue and/or recycling bags before leaving. (Container next to the street)
• Excessive damages will be charged. Please report damages immediately to us, as soon as you see it.

Failure to observe the house rules may result in loss of security deposit/charge of your credit card and persistent offenders may be asked to leave the house.
